We want you to love every purchase you make with Moya, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a return policy for eligible items. To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags still attached. Returns will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
